We developed the Hybrid system with the contractor in mind. It can be installed in one day, be applied down to 0°F (-17°C), has no smell (no VOCs), is UV resistant, has a 1:1 mix ratio, and is installed with one product for all coats. We also have an excellent epoxy system for larger projects. We offer training, technical support, and marketing support. Fall is a great time to focus on preparing the garage for the winter season. If you live in the northern part of the United States, this is a certain reality. The reminder of snow and precipitation is on the horizon and it is necessary to get the garage ready to store the car. We are constantly amazed by the heart of the entrepreneur. It’s their drive to take on new challenges and conquer them that keep us going! Our V-8 High Performance Floors coating products and accessories started in the garage, but it has evolved into products for many applications. Not by our vision, but by theirs! We receive pictures from our contractors frequently displaying their work on countertops, kitchen floors, patios, shower walls, benches, line striping, and of course garage floors. Maneuvering big concrete polishing machines in small areas like bathrooms and entryways of businesses is a difficult task. The machines are heavy and vibrate excessively in a small confined area. Not only is it cramped, but it is time consuming. The longer time one spends on a small job, the less profitable it becomes. That is when the idea for the V-8 High Performance Floors Hybrid Series was first created. Contractors wanted to be able to make money and businesses wanted to be able to walk on their floor the next day and know that the product that was installed would be safe for their employees and would last a long time.
V-8 can be installed in 1 day, be applied down to zero degrees, and is UV resistant. It is also earth-friendly because it contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) which are chemicals that are harmful to humans, animals, and the environment. The EPA’s TEAM study concluded that on average the inside of a home can be up to 2 to 5 times more polluted than the outside due to harmful organic compounds found in paints, cleaning products and many other household products.
